Chris talks transitions and proper pacing on what’s going to be a sprint of a workout for most athletes. Don’t hold your breath! Breathing is your friend - especially on the double unders. Chad breaks down how to approach the snatches in regards to your max. Squat snatches, anyone? Not a bad idea. And to wrap up with gymnastics, Dave talks about the new handstand push-up standard.
